Rename changes icon

Watch attachment gif. After i rename file gear icon changes to paper. Actual icon is still gear. That really confused me..

I cannot make that happen here. There must be another factor. Hmm... What are your settings in Configuration | General | Refresh, Icons, History | Icons?

You haven't by chance set a custom portable file icon with an entry similar to this "script*>scripticon.ico" ? I too have never seen the behavior shown in the gif, but it would happen if you had an entry like that.
