Did a Google on this XY file also found with TM.
What is the "contextmenu64.exe" ?

Our database contains 56 different files for filename contextmenu64.exe . You can also check most distributed file variants with name contextmenu64.exe. This files most often have description 64-bit Context Menu Helper. This is executable file. You can find it running in Task Manager as the process contextmenu64.exe.

The suspense is killing me. WTF does this file do? Is it a problem to ignore it? Is this not an XY software issue?

If you scroll down https://www.xyplorer.com/download.php you'll find the list of installed files.
ContextMenu64.exe is part of XYplorer for years. While on a 64bit-machine it lets you invoke the shell context menu by an entry "Show 64bit context menu" in the right click menu of 32bit XYplorer.
So, nothing to be worried about!

& "Toggle favorite ..." puts your selected files or folders on the respective favorites lists (Menu "Favorites" & respective toolbar buttons) or removes them from there.

Ofc it is. Why didn't you just look it up in Menu - Help - List All Commands...?
