Network location speed vs mapped network drive speed

Please bring that to the ui level!

+1 (I believe that would be good (with a few warning words) in order to elegantly and easily be able to avoid any future problems with possible environments that do not correspond with what the few of us here experienced and reported.) I so much hope that this will actually solve what has been discussed some three years ago: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=11614&p=104144#p104145 (and my thread subject was very clumsy and imprecise then).

Mh, regardless of how advanced this may be, it should be the first entry in General - Controls and More - Network
anyway.

Just add a "Beware!" or "Advanced feature, use with caution" or anything you like to it's tooltip...
