Tags > orphans editing does not work

Configuration > Tags > Options > Edit Orphans: Most buttons are disabled, especially Delete and Clear List.

"Edit" here means that you manually correct the invalid filename. Removing orphans can be done automatically via Database Check.

Still, this bit confuses: suppose I have 3 orphaned items. Edit Orphans lists these three items. Okay, I cannot delete all with Clear btn, but I can click the pencil, select all and delete the text, and press OK. But this way only a single item is removed in one go.
