[FIXED]Inconststent column header ctx menu for CC#1

1. Add two empty columns with Add Column [::#383;].
2. right click one of the new column headers > Select Custom Column > pick CC#1.
3. pick any other CC for the other newly-added column.

> Right click the column with CC#1, the ctx menu is puny.
> Right click the other column, the full ctx menu comes up.
