If file name contain characters such as ư ứ ụ ... then #281 will fail.
Winrar has no problem processing these files.

This is a (crazy) limitation of Zip Folders (the technology XY is exploiting for its zipping functions). You will see that also in File Explorer you cannot add such files to a Zip Folder. Sometimes it makes you wonder what MS is thinking...
