Can't exit full screen preview...

Post by ghost zero »

I have middle click set to exit full screen preview. This works for images but doesn't work for any other file type. So I have to press ESC instead. Please fix.

Another similar but different problem. For document file types, such as .docx or .pdf. In full screen preview, after right clicking, I can't exit the preview at all, not even by ESC. So I have to force XY to shutdown. Please fix.

OK, noted.

For now: show the status bar in FP. You can then click on the status bar to regain input focus. ESC will work then.

Tried it. No chance. PDF viewers suck in all keystrokes like a black hole.

Next version will force the Status Bar visible for PDF full screen previews.

I have the same problem in 17.20.0200. I have PDF-Viewer installed, I think it's using that plug-in. Hit F11 for full screen preview, but cannot exit without killing XYplorer. There is no status bar visible, the preview pane takes up the entire screen (including beneath the task bar). There is a status bar but it's hidden under the task bar so I can't click it. Any ideas? Thanks

F11 is by default the floating preview, not full screen (that's Shift + F11)?

Apart from that, you tried {ESC} and / or Alt + F4?
