Zip support often doesn't work if triggered by KB

Here's an odd bug that's been with XY for many versions - but I keep forgetting to post it.

If you have a ZIP file selected and you use only the keyboard to bring up the context menu and unzip it - half the time, nothing happens. It's as if the command request just dissappeared and XY doesn't realize it. (i.e. ContextMenuKey -> Z -> arrow down to Extract Here and hit Enter)

But if you use the mouse to go through the context menu, it works 100% of the time. (This may be true even if the context menu is triggered by KB, I forget)

It's a small bug, but I use this all the time, so I see it frequently.
