Dispose/Close/Handle=Null on File Move of Preview

Post by Zardoz2293 »

There are more than one operation which causes errors all related to that specific file being displayed in the "Preview". Example: When a File Move operation occurs ON the file displayed in the Preview (if visible), regardless of using XYcopy, Shell, or otherwise, if the associated file handles (and/or GDI handles) on the open file were Closed and Disposed/Null before the file operation was carried out, then the operation would occur without failure (per its association to being displayed in the XY Preview). This would be a fantastic, wonderful and greatly appreciated correction, enhancement, etc. Thanks.

XY takes care of this, of course, before any moves are triggered. How exactly do you outsmart this?
