[Possible Bug?] Folder Views not working?

I can't seem to get folder views to work.

I've just done a fresh format/install and I chose not to backup my config to kind of start fresh. Foldier Views are enabled. I am in a given folder, and set it up how I want all folders to look by default. Save the view, set as default, etc. When I go to apply it to others (i.e DriveLetter:\*.*) I hit ok, the dialogue closes and even the current folder view resets to what it was before. Restore view does nothing. Even if I go to a folder or drive root, tweak it, save the view, then navigate elsewhere when I return it has reset and also Restore View again does nothing.

Am I doing something wrong, or is this maybe a bug?
