History not triggering by KB in the right place

When triggering the History by keyboard, it used to pop in a stable location in the upper left of the tree. But now it pops at the mouse cursor, which is disconcerting, non-predictable, and requires visual hunting for the new location every time.

If this is by design, I would request that it be restored to its prior behavior.

Aha! Yes, that does it. That must have been added or had the default setting changed since my last version.
