Had XY "Preview" displayed, with PDF displayed in Preview. Performed CTRL+A (select all files), CTRL+X (to perform move), CTRL+V (to move files), then XY Error as the PDF was still being displayed in the Preview when the move operation occurred on the file being Previewed.
