Nothing visible in List Pane after 19.70 upgrade

After upgrading from 19.60.0105 to 19.70, when I open XYplorer there is nothing in the List Pane. Both panes (which each had their own tabset loaded previously) are gone, all tabs are gone, etc. The List Pane is just one big blank space now.

I'm going to downgrade to a previous version for now. Just letting you know there is a big problem with upgrading to 19.70.

Could you send me your INI file? Or even the whole app data folder?

I'm a bit reluctant to do that because the ini file contains private data, e.g. history, that will take some time to clean out.

I restored 19.60.0105 from my most recent daily backup of my whole PC and everything is back to normal.

To test the problem again, I extracted the portable version of 19.70 into its own folder somewhere else and then I copied the contents of my Application Data Folder from my installed version into the Application Data Folder of the portable version of 19.70.

Then, when I launch the portable 19.70 I see the same problem: a completely blank List Pane. When I hit F10 to disable Dual Pane, then Pane 1 appears, but only with a single tab that points to the current location where I already am. No other tabs visible. Then when I hit F10 again, Pane 2 appears, and then all the tabs that are supposed to be visible in both panes are visible.

But then when I quit and restart XYplorer, the blank List Pane problem is back again.

Are you using tags?

I've tagged many files in the past, but currently no files are tagged.

I've labelled several folders in the past, but currently nothing is labelled.

I have 1 custom label defined. So there are 8 labels available to be used in total, 7 that were included by default and 1 custom one defined by me.

I have several tabsets saved. XYplorer (when running 19.60.0105 and earlier) opens with 2 horizontal panes visible, each one with its own custom tabset.

Other possibly relevent settings:
Startup Pane: 1st pane
Always keep 1st pane visible

I've figured it out. Just like a previous bug we were recently discussing, the issue is with the setting 'Startup window state'.

If I change it from 'Tray' to 'Maximized' then the problem goes away.

And how did you update? Through Help | Online Support | Check for Updates?

Yes, that's how I originally upgraded my installed version. But the testing I've been doing now to isolate the cause has been done in a separate, portable 19.70 which I copied my settings over to.

Hey, I could reproduce your symptom: Nothing visible in List Pane! Never saw a thing like this before. Going down to fix now...

Alright, next beta should fix it. BTW, it had nothing to do with the new extra columns.
