Ah. I had Select Special Property -> Version. That's much better. Is there a keyboard shortcut to show the version?

Still, a bit disappointing that List is so slow (about 2 seconds to populate list on network share) compared to Win Explorer (instant).

To do the same as clicking with the mouse to show the version.

Configuration | Refresh, Icons, History | Icons | Cache specific icons
Configuration | Refresh, Icons, History | Icons | Use generic icons for super-fast browsing
At least: Configuration | Refresh, Icons, History | Icons | But only in network locations

are checked and:

Configuration | Refresh, Icons, History | Icons | In network locations as well

is unchecked?
