I'll try to figure out that the bug comes out from translation or not.
(Otherwise it should have the same bug for for all translated files.)

I don't think it comes from the translation. And it definitely should not be possible to cause this by any sort of translation error. This is my fault and my job to fix it.

It's part of the download package.

You can name the files like these examples:
TipOfTheDay_br.htm
TipOfTheDay_ru.htm

So in your case probably like this:
TipOfTheDay_tw.htm

"Help"? You mean the Help file? Too big, man!

BTW, "Tip of the Day" is really very outdated and looks old. I'm not sure if Ishould keep this....
