There is a small typo in this line:

co.0049=01|Browse;Find;Drives;Network;Recycler|--|탐색기;찾기.드라이브;네트워크;휴지통

Should have ";" instead of ".":

co.0049=01|Browse;Find;Drives;Network;Recycler|--|탐색기;찾기;드라이브;네트워크;휴지통

You are still on MLS version 8.18, right? You should upgrade to 8.20.
