Happy Day.

Vietnamese 99.9%
There are still some errors displaying Vietnamese in XYplorer.

Đây là bản dịch đầu tiên, XYplorer còn vài lỗi hiển thị tiếng Việt.

It's highly likely that he used Unicode Coumpounded (instead of Unicode Precomposed). Anyway, XYplorer displays incorrectly wih both Unicode:
co.0001=01|OK|--|Đồng ý
Unicode Coumpounded: XYP display as Đô`ng y'
Unicode Precomposed: XYP display as Đ?ng ý

btw: XYplorer does not allow typing Vietnamese directly. I have to use clipboard (type in notepad → copy paste to XYP). This happens with a few softwares such as Photoshop too, but not Windows Explorer.

------------
P.S: In Vietnam, Precomposed (dựng sẵn) is much much more popular
P.S: A screenshot of ITT interface (with Unicode Precomposed):

@binocular222,
This was from Don:
unfortunately some controls like buttons, labels, checkboxes do not support Unicode. They will only show the correct characters when your Windows *regional settings* are set to Vietnamese.
You can type Vietnamese directly in XYplorer using Unikey, Vietnamese locale CP 1258. But be careful that you should choose to use only unicode (copy & paste) or CP 1258 (type directly) for file/folder names.

OK, I think I fixed it. Check out the next beta! (And thanks for the update!)

Dung lượng đã dùng: (Space used:) in Info Panel / Properties tab is too long. Can you shorten it somehow?

I did the same and it works perfectly. Just to make sure, here is where you change the locale:

Oh, it works.

only 1 issue left: Still not easy to type Vietnamese directly in XYP.
@ghostwalker: changing to "Vietnamese locale CP 1258" not works (nấm becomes nâ'm). The only work around is using Unikey with "always use clipboard", which essentially copy types text to clipboard and paste to XYP. I have to turn on "always use clipboard" when working in XYP and turn off when working with other apps, which is very inconvenient.
