I'll check your notes tomorrow. You seem to have a very good eye!
Grazie,
Don
"Velocità di Trasferimento:" is simply too long. Can you somehow abbreviate it?2731 & 4781 Transfer rate
Do it like this: <1:#> <1:nuovo;nuovi>, <2:#> <2:sovrascritto;sovrascritti>, <3:#> <3:saltato;saltati>108 <1:#> new... etc. --> why the singular/plural variables are not working here? If the results are: "1 new, 3 over, 0 skip" using <;> with the correct words, I expect to obtain 'new' (singular), 'over & skip' (plural)...
Yes, well done. It would be difficult for me to improve this now.2931 Color --> (in Configuration | Color) I left it empty because in italian the word 'colore' needs to stay before the others (like "Color of the text", "color of the background" etc.) So letting it empty is less troublesome than keeping it in the wrong order
->DO NOT TRANSLATE<-- ... yes, you did it right.Flora_RMC wrote:Hi Don!
Here's the revised translation, updated at v8.15. There are lots of changes, corrections and improvements. I didn't traslate the 3 new occurrences stating very clearly -->DO NOT TRANSLATE<--
I hope I did it right.
I noticed a little problem with the "Assign missing accelerators" command. If it's needed a given character (absent in translation) and that same character happens to be present inside <> the tool puts the accelerator there, messing up everything.
E.g. in 3500 the accelerator wanted a 'w' but it wasn't in my translation, so the tool inserted the accelerator here: <$&w>x<$h> messing up the field.
There's another small problem with singular/plural forms inside <> when the "Assign missing accelerators" puts only one accelerator - thus you see the accelerator only with singular, and not with plural (see 3717, for clarity)
Happens rarely, but maybe would be enough the possibility to see all the strings/phrases with an accelerator inside <>, so we could check them...
A tiny oversight:
