Have a file with no extension in the list. Use "Type Stats and Filter" to filter only files with no extension. Now you see it in the tab header.

I don't know what it is "Elsewhere". Is it the Netz, or windows Explorer, or script, or Recycle bin?

I have found word Elsewhere
in v11.70.0102
+ Edit boxes: Now, Ctrl+Del deletes the next word in all Edit controls (but only if there isn't anything selected).
Note:
- In the Address Bar, the Go To dialog, and the Find Files Location DropDown, word delimiters are:

- Elsewhere (including all rename boxes), word delimiters are:

- Section 2: recent file operations from *elsewhere*, chronologically ordered from youngest to oldest (up to 10)

logically it shall be the title after Tools|Customize File Icons.../ (#605)
but after this command #605 I see in the title, the same title as after a command #653
Namely - Portable file icons
