English language reference file v6.20: Main changes are the "General: Autosave Extras..." and "Change Icon..." options.

Note: I’ve decided to put the English language files inline and not in the first post anymore: it should now be easier to access older files if need be.
• Related posts are updated so all the previous English language files are now available to anyone.
