If a user changes from english to another language, discovers ITT, updates current language but doesn't fix the lasting strings and closes the ITT, the captions displayed not only will be messed but will actually call functions other than described.
'Back to english' may have a role here. Potentially, CKS's will now be assigned to the wrong commands, too.
Chaos alert should rise and something should be done to prevent it.

No, they work independently of any translation.
