Selecting all the files in the RB and deleting them probably wouldn't reliably send out the required windows message that alerts apps/shell that the RB has been emptied, if you use something like #642 instead, you may have better results. Clicking on DUB, nothing happens, but dropping onto a DUB seems to work.

You could probably rig up something with ICF colorfilters to hide the text, but you might have to temp toggle the BC/tabbar off in the same script if those places you wanted to obfuscate too.
