I will try to find a reproducible case. It's always unexpected (of course) but does happen a half-dozen times a day, in heavy use.
I thought that, knowing it does happen, you might have an idea where to look in the code.

But I DO want it to open and stay open if there was an error or a skip. Otherwise it should auto-close. That behavior would be OK for both small and large copies / moves. With that box unticked, I have tried to run a large copy and manually create an error, to see if the box will stay open anyway. B...
