2) the 'X' to close the tab: as an option, yes. (BTW: can you remove the 'X' in Firefox?? I don't want it) I suggest the Tab Mix Plus extension ( https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1122 ) It gives you a lot more control over tabs (though you can change most of the options in other ways ...

Re: Configuration Dialog Too Narrow
hovering mouse over tabs and spinning mousewheel cycles the tabs, but doesn't reveal the hidden ones :( Another fantastic tip, I wouldn't have thought about giving that one a try! It gets you to all the options which is what really matters. It's just discovering that those options are there in the ...

Looks chaotic. You know, this is a VB bug... That's why I asked if they could even be fixed in the first place. I was hoping it was more of a case of you had found a fix, implemented it, but missed out on a few places that needed updated. :P I've gone through a whole bunch of the dialogs (anything ...

I don't think this has nothing to do with your screen settings, but more the Font you're using. What do you have on View|Font|Interface ?? That's the problem! I had it at Verdana 8. Changing it shows more or all of the tab. ... if you put the Configuration button on your toolbar, right-cliki...

Configuration Dialog Too Narrow
It was mentioned in another thread that there's plans to overhaul the Configuration dialog, so I thought I should bring this up now as something to watch for and hopefully fix. Though it might not be an issue if you're thinking of using a different layout entirely. The Configuration dialog does not ...

Sorry to be a resurrecting the dead here, but I was just wondering if these issues are still impossible to fix? I've noticed in 6.3 the tab/status bar tooltips and the about box still show up on the primary monitor. I'm guessing they can't be fixed but I'm hoping they were just forgotten about. :lol...

Re: Address Bar - Cursor Position & Escape
1) ... 2) ... Yes, very good. Hope you like the next version better. :) Much better, fantastic!! :D Thanks for being so active in developing this, it seems rare to find programs that are this active (nearly daily updates!) and worth using, let alone buying. I don't see how anyone cannot find XYplor...

Address Bar - Cursor Position & Escape
1) If you have the address bar focused and change tabs, either with the mouse or hotkey, the cursor always jumps to the beginning of the address. Comparing Firefox and Opera it seems that they remember the item that last had focus per tab and return focus to that item when changing. But then they di...

Thank you for the nicely done work! You make me feel like a code slave. Aww.. I'm sorry, I don't mean to make you feel like our coding slave. I just really would like to see this as an option and am trying to make it as easy as possible for you. (Instead of before when I was concentra...

Nope.. I'm not giving in that easy. :P I just wanted to add some new findings to this and propose it with some changes. The current implementation is not the same as Windows Explorer. If I drop multiple files directly onto an exe within Explorer (or for that matter the list of XYplorer) it generates...

@Linkaday: It's all good. I actually considered writing a wrapper program that just collected the list from XYplorer and then opened Textpad. But figured I'd see if I could get Don to do the work instead. @Gandolf: What I was thinking for that particular option is a bit confusing honestly. But...

This is precisely what I'm asking for. What I think might make the most sense is to add it as an option for each catalog entry which changes the drop action. Perhaps have the option: Open Selected List Item(s): x - Individually x - As a Group And make the first option the default so it behaves as it...
