Re: How to script a non-modal msg to the user?

Maybe this writefile("%tmp%\xytmp","ATTENTION<crlf 3>Make sure that all the files and folders that you want to process are selected in the list.<crlf 3>Clic...

Re: Determining if curpath or curitem is the "root" director

Don't know if more elegant, but maybe better readable:

Code: Select all

  if("<curitem>" != ""){$path = "<curitem>";}else{$path = "<curpath>";}
  if(strlen($path) < 4){$root_warning = 1;}

  if($root_warning == 1){echo "root!!!  $path";}else{echo "All right, $path";}

That would help others to decide if it is worth to enter this thread to read, and others to find answers to the same question just by browsing the thread ...

Re: RegExp rename problem with spaces

It is a MS design rule that a file name must not have leading spaces. XY follow this rule. Only some managers, like DOS, allow to keep or add leading spaces. There must be a post about this topic already somewhere... And... why "^\t\h\e > " ? One would simple use "^the > " "\t" is a meta char to mat...
