Re: Copy MD5 Vale to Clipboard
Well, there's an option at Menu > Files > To Clipboard that copies file md5 and a handful of other info. You wan to copy only the MD5. Create a User-Defined Command aka UDC. 1. Click Menu > User > Manage Commands . The UDC editor window opens. 2. Select "Run Script" from the category pane ...

Re: Folder View subtlely
You have an FVS saved for a certain location. You navigate to that location, and the FVS gets applied. Now, suppose you make some temporary alterations to the view, maybe add a couple columns, change the view mode to thumbs. Then you navigate to another tab to do something else. Okay, now when you r...

Re: Branch view
@myrnalarson "BV" alone wouldn't have returned anything anyway since it's too short for a search string (less than three letters).
Anyways, thanks @Don, for finally knocking this off the wishlist.

Re: How to...run a cmd on opening a folder?
Sorry. You need to throw away that last slash. c:\git>::run "c:\batch\repo.cmd" "<curitem>" Since folder PFAs don't work as default command, I define them as secondary/POM-only records by prepending a pipe. |c:\git>::run "c:\batch\repo.cmd" "<curitem>" POM-onl...

Re: Corporate IT says XYPlorer is malware, how to respond?
This kind of analysis is basically an extension of "malware X likes ice cream, therefore anyone who likes ice cream is malware X". (In fact this can be said for most malware analyses, considering the amount of false positives they tend to generate for, not just XY, but all kinds of safe pr...
