Re: Mousewheel isn't working
But Catalog and Excluded Folders (Find Files tab) list still do scroll? Catalog - yes, Excluded Folders - no. And the new dropdown lists? No wheel? For me it's: Catalog: yes Excluded Folders: no New dropdown lists: Yes This is on 32-bit Vista, latest XY beta (7.60.0037), Logitech SetPoint software....

New dropdown control crashes on Vista
Selecting either Go|Go to... or Go|Go to from Here... immediately causes Vista's "XYplorer has stopped working" dialog to come up. The Go To dialog never does show itself.

ColorFilters 2.0 - Backcolor
The new color filter functionality adds just that much more to an already nice feature...thanks! Is there any way in Configuration|Color Filters we can get a way to reset the back color to default/none? I know it can be done via List Management, but it seems like it should also be possible via the c...

Re: Quick Upward Navigation
What you're talking about is also how Windows Explorer works in Vista. With Vista you can also click the down arrow next to a directory to quickly navigate to one of its sub-directories. Thanks for that screen shot! I've not seen it that clearly or exactly before so didn't follow some comments. No ...

Re: Quick Upward Navigation
I'd like to suggest a very simple but powerful feature that I've seen in WinScp (this is the only place I've seen it, but it's so simple and useful it ought to be used everywhere): in WinScp if you click on any segment of the path in the address bar it navigates you up to that level. For example if...

Re: New Forum Software Version
Wow, big change! For me it'll take a little getting used to...not that it's bad, not at all, just new, and new things need some adjustment time. The one thing I don't think I'll get used to is out on the main Board Index. For me it's very hard to tell which forums have unread threads. I don't know i...

Re: Different classification of file types
I'm running Vista here and XY and Windows Explorer show and sort the Type identically. Interesting that yours doesn't. Windows Explorer: http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o205/toolbar201/Misc/WE_Sort.png XYplorer: http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o205/toolbar201/Misc/XY_Sort.png After all, not ju...

Well, it's going to be a close one by the looks of it. There are 3 (maybe 4) file managers that are getting a lot of votes, that leaves 1 or 2 spots open for XY to get in. Frankly I can't believe some of the apps that are getting votes. One of them in particular, when I tried it, was SO slow that I ...

I've been gone for the last several days so I haven't been able to participate in this thread...sorry. Unfortunately I have some not-so-good news. :( The Catalog still doesn't scroll correctly for me. I have to focus it to get it to scroll, which is a step forward from where it was before, but when...
