Could it be related to the fact that PanelHeight=462 is greater than WinH=370? Since the XY window is maximised (display is 1024 X 768) the Info Panel can, I assume, be as high as 462 and still be valid. But a PanelHeight of 462 would not be valid if the XY window was normal, in my case 1024 X 370....
