Re: Instant search (similar to windows explorer)
Ah, I see now,.. it works great but 1> It seems not as fast as Windows Explorer's instant search? Maybe Windows has index/cache or somehow making the searching nearly realtime (the result display while you are still typing) 2> Is there any keyboard shortcut to focus on address bar such as Alt+D ? 3>...

Instant search (similar to windows explorer)
Hi,
Windows explorer in Windows 7 has a search bar on the right of address bar. This allow you to search very quickly. Can XYplorer has the same search bar?

Re: Global hotkey
This tweak simply brings XYplorer window to front.
Normally, I have to make XYplorer window active before using any script.
However, I think global hotkey can do more than that. Activate an user-defined script without activating XYplorer window can save a bit of time

Re: Global hotkey
Example 1: I have a user-script which pop-up a list of programs. I assigned it a hotkey. If the hot-key is global, then I can call out this list and start my favourite program anytime, even when XYplorer window is not active Example 2: I am typing on a word document and want to jump to D:\documents\...

Access to Recycle Bin
The function "Tool=>Open Recycle Bin..." does not always work. For me, it renerates an error "the path '::(645F040-508-..........)'" does not exist or is not a directory". Therefore I suggest using a .lnk file as in the attachment.

Annoying feature: Right click on blank area
Though no files are selected and I right click on a blank area, but here is the menu: http://www.mediafire.com/imgbnc.php/be7aeea3269774c02c5873fafdaaa2752g.jpg - has "send to", "cut", "copy" => a certain file is affected - no "New>word document" as in Windows...

Re: Drop "Convert to Mini Tree"?
I vote: Drop it! - rarely useful.
might be a bit disappointment to Don but I think Xyplorer is now too complicated. I prefer speed and simple.

One Keyboard shortcut doesn't work.
I'm using version 7.90.0050 I assigned Shift+S to "show system files and folders" and that worked well before I upgrade to this version. Nothing happens when I press this shortcut. Now, I can only see system file by pressing F9=>general=>Show system files and folders I changed to another k...

Move up one level can be done by 2 dots:

About relative file path
Currently, I only know some relative paths such as: <xypath> <clipboard> <curpath> "Desktop" %temp% %programfiles% %winsysdir% Are there any others? Is there a relative path for CD-Rom drive or USB drive? Besides, I think it would be much better if we can add some navigation command to a r...

Re: Suggestion for some improvement
I'm sorry, the latest script code for Teracopy really works. It's as follow: Cut: //copy list of items to a variable $items = getinfo("SelectedItemsPathNames"); //set list path $list = "<xypath>\teracopylist.tmp"; //delete old list setkey avoid possible, error, message, "$li...
