Re: Full Screen Preview is behind the taskbar again for Win 10
Other apps on Win 10 can come in front of the taskbar? Yes - If I play a video in MPC-HC, I can enter full screen mode without any problems, and the taskbar is not visible at all. Edit: I also checked with Hulu - and again, it can enter full screen without any problems, and that would be through a ...

Re: Full Screen Preview is behind the taskbar again for Win 10
My taskbar is not on top of my Full Screen Preview or Floating Preview on my Windows 10 Pro x64 computers. I have the typical settings for taskbar: autohide taskbar is checked and taskbar is unlocked. Well that doesn't really count, since you're hiding the taskbar separately. :) What happens if you...

Re: Full Screen Preview is behind the taskbar again for Win 10
Well, I see it happening on two completely different Win 10 machines. I tried grabbing the latest beta, but there was no change in behavior - the taskbar was always in front of the full screen preview. I recall you had a eureka moment regarding Win 7/Win 8, and that fixed it completely for me until ...

Full Screen Preview is behind the taskbar again for Win 10
The issue of full screen preview being behind the taskbar was fixed for Windows 7, and if I remember, Windows 8.
However, it's back for Windows 10. I wonder if it just needs an OS version-specific tweak to make it work properly for Win 10.

Refresh no longer resets a Search Results pane
Refreshing a Search Results pane when it's the same pane is supposed to reset it to the actual file list. However, that no longer happens (tested on 16.20.0006).

Re: Loading lag when a dead mapped network drive exists
One of the default panes is the list of all drives (the one for the computer itself). I'm guessing that may be the issue, in which case, it's not a problem with XY so much as this particular pane causing a dead network drive to be polled (and the lag is due to the timeout waiting for it to load). I ...

Fair enough. Thanks for clearing this up.admin wrote:Frankly, I don't know. But technically I see no way to change this, so I'd think it's the same everywhere.

No. In fact, I've never used that function.

Re: KB shortcut for Hotlist doesn't work for fast presses
This command is "Triggered on Key Up" (as you can see in | Customize Keyboard Shortcuts...). I think this is what causes your puzzlement. Actually all commands that pop a menu are "Triggered on Key Up" -- this is because otherwise any accelerators in the menu would be triggered ...

KB shortcut for Hotlist doesn't work for fast presses
I found an odd bug in XY. Ordinarily, I can tap hotkeys as quickly as I want and XY always responds just fine. However, I discovered that the keyboard shortcut that brings up the Hotlist (Ctrl+H) doesn't work if Ctrl+H is pressed very quickly (power user speed-tap). The keys have to be held down for...

Loading lag when a dead mapped network drive exists
I just tried out v16.00.0008 and found a bug loading XY. If there is a dead mapped network drive (the target machine was turned off after it had been mapped to a drive letter), XY can take 15-30 seconds to load. The last version I ran was 15.90.0031, and neither that nor any earlier version ever had...
