Re: "Recent Locations" a little hard on the eyes
My question was poorly formed and am sorry to those readers that may have been subsequently confused. You analysis was entirely correct! Do you perhaps mean the last part of a path (e.g. folder1 instead of C:\Users\Username\Desktop\folder1)? This is exactly and precisely the desired result. :appl: T...

"Recent Locations" a little hard on the eyes
Using the toolbar button for Recent Locations can the Drop-down List be adjusted so that it shows merely the file name and not the entire path?

A "tip of the hat" to both highend and now Admin for informing me of the granting of the request.

That is a minor revelation. Checked for official updates so assume you mean the latest Beta. Is that accurate?

Will look forward to that with appreciation. This is one script area that I have been having some success with and it is very handy.

Adding comments to Hamburger
Could the newly beefed up Hamburger (forgive the pun) be modified such that adding comments using
the prefix of "//" would be possible?

Re: Picture Conversion
@ RalphM - Thank you for reading and taking the time to respond. there are hundreds more out there that would be just as legitimate, don't you think? Agreed; your point cannot be disputed. What's wrong with using one of the command line versions of tools like Irfanview or ImageMagick and write a one...

Picture Conversion
This may be pushing the envelope of what a File Manager can or should do. However, since XY how has so many features pertaining to graphics how about one more? In particular a way to convert PNG files to JPG. Note this a very specific conversion and not a request to convert anything to everything. 8)

When selecting a PDF in List View is there a way to have xyplorer display the number of pages of that document in the Status Bar?

As usual you are right! #1043 provides the desired result!

Custom Items in Shell Menu
Configuration provides to add Open In New Tab. Would like be be able to do this by a toolbar button. However, there is apparently no Command ID to be found. Can this be accomplished by a script?

Re: Clearing Action Log with a script
A big thank you for the Forum reference! Can it really be that simple and without side effects?

Clearing Action Log with a script
Have been putting together a script to tidy-up the computer and xyplorer at the end of the week. Working well with one exception: the Command ID #205 brings up the Edit Log alright. The trouble is no amount of working with Sendkeys will press "Clear..." What does work here?

Random Rename
Not being of the James Bond ilk this new feature seems rather silly to me. That said, for those who wanted/needed it a "tip of the hat" to Don for incorporating it into the program.
(Do agree that martinis are better shaken not stirred.)

How much have I come to like the Dark Mode?
While doing year end computer maintenance have removed the Dark Mode switch button from the TB. Never going back to Light style again. Or as Julius Caesar put it, "ALEA IACTA EST".
