I can confirm that using 7.90.0085 and Powerarchiver 11.03.04. It is definitly related to Powerarchiver because when i associate the zip extension to winrar the described action succeeds.

"Flat Folder" is currently available as "Show All Items in Branch Ctrl+F3", or am i mistaken?

Dunno, but when i read the Password dialog for password protected shares post, i see that it has been worked with XY 6.60.0041 and SP2. Anyway, should ExistUNC and XY 7.40.0021 not return identical results? Unfortunatly, i don't have a copy of XY 6.60.0041 anymore, otherwise i could repeat the tests...

Might be not a bug, but is unexpected: My working user has no write access to the Programme folder. This seemed to be not a problem because XYplorer supports the ini file to be at a configurable location by using the /ini command line parameter. But the Catalog, UDC and other stuff seemed to be save...
