I must say your workflow doesn't make sense to me. If you have a file in an unsecure location you can't regain security by nuking it because... ...it was already unsecure. The os could have left artifacts through temp files, your application could have left artifacts, a defragger could have made cop...

Do you have "Assume servers available" checked in Configuration/Advanced? If yes, uncheck it.

I'm looking for a way to make a copy of folder structure with only a part of the files. My first attempt was to use the "find files" from the starting point of my folder structure which gives me the list of files i want to copy. Then i selected all and used "backup to". But this ...

To state the obvious: you're using a localized version of either Windows Vista or Windows 7. That explains the (physical) \Program Files and \Users (with English, not translated names) folders as well as, probably, the junctions with the localized names (\Programma and \Benutzer).
