Re: Ctrl + Q request(s)
Didn't know about Ctrl + 1,2,3, etc. That's good enough for me. Thanks Gandolf! (and I did search for this before posting, I promise  ) Good, but I must admit when I now tried Ctrl+Q (I normally do not go this way) I was surprised that it did not close the Info Panel. So maybe you (and Gandol...

Re: Tough words about GUI
I see that you went ahead with the change regardless  Genuinely though, why must there be a 2-line display? Why are time stamps shown in bold? And -- what perhaps ticks me off the most -- why are time stamps changed to "Datestamp of action" when going from "Age of action (how lo...

Re: DnD folders in Special Folders shows no nesting
While waiting for you to push out an updated build, I came across another bug (in both special and non-special folders): folders created using other apps (tested with Outlook) don't show up in the tree, but appear in the list. They don't even appear in the tree once I navigate into them by double-c...

Re: Env variable to XY config dir? / last open tab always saved
Try to set a permanent startup path. This will care for the active tab. Caring for the inactive tab is on my list... I have set a permanent startup path to %computer%, but it is still happening; maybe it has something to do with inactive tabs, not sure about that. I'm unsure how to improve it, but ...

Re: Env variable to XY config dir? / last open tab always saved
2.) XY always remembers the last open tab. I have selected "Don't save history" and "Don't save tabs" but it is still doing it. Of course, when the profile is synched over to the other machine, the path is invalid. Try to set a permanent startup path. This will care for the acti...

Re: Selected folder won't allow drop
I'm running Windows 7 64bit ... This happens with two instances of xy, within one instance of xy using dual panes or with xy and another program such as windows explorer or ACDSee. I can reproduce this with a single instance of XYplorer with dual panes. When selecting a folder in the left pane in t...

Re: Dos Command Line in Info Panel and more...
!dir = directory listing of current list folder DOS box will vanish immediately, not very useful here !!dir = directory listing of current list folder DOS box stays visible I would think the reverse would be more preferable (ie ! keeps the command prompt open). 90% of the time I'm more likely to wa...

Re: Background Jobs Completion Sound Anybody?
Anybody likes a Ding when all pending BJs ( ) are done? I *hate* UI sounds personally (especially when they don't feature in the score of the music I'm listening to... :P), but I assume they would be optional. In terms of completion feedback, would a self-destructing pop-up in the right-b...
