crash after large jpeg file preview

Actually, I discovered the problem only when I previewed this file from left or right clicking the th...

http://www.xyplorer.com/xyfc/viewtopic. ... highlight=

Well, then uncheck "Show grid" from Tools>configuration>colors.

update: JC was faster at replying, as he mentioned i would also not suggest it. But its a compromise, you get either grid color or sort color, not both.

I am with JC, I want to have good view of the neighboring nodes when I see the current node. It makes life lot easier. Like JC said its quite annoying to have to scroll up to see parent nodes. It need not be middle but atleast some good number of parent nodes would be good. Or maybe default it to fi...

Personally for me 3 rows is already better, but like buttonpusher said, node at the center of the scroll would be the best because you can see equal number of folders both below and above the node. And I dont see why XY should follow any standard when this way is good for users and more informative ...

This is because as a rule only icons and not the thumbs are faded in hidden mode. I recently faced this problem and agree that in thumbs views there needs to be some indication of hidden file. Maybe faded file names?

Re: Tree/Tab Expansion Memory and Focus

I noticed that while scrolling through the tabs (with different drives), the folder tree will expand to include the new drive from the next tab. I other words the expansion state of the tree is not linked (saved) to a tab. After going through 5 or 6 drives the tree will be very long! Use ctrl+shift...

*ahem* http://88.191.26.34/XYwiki/index.php/FAQ#Can_I_Have_A_Dual_Pane_.3F Someone want to update this? :D Why? It's all true! I'll add DP just for promotional reasons, not because it's good. :P "Can I Have A Dual Pane ? No. XYplorer is not - and will not be - a dual pane file manager." W...

Maybe you missed this part in the WIKI ----------- If you're not comfortable with editing your registry, here's a REG file that would do the trick: REGEDIT4 [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell] @="XYplorer" [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell\XYplorer] @="Open in XYplorer" [HKEY_CL...

When writing the documentation would take longer than programming the feature I don't log it. :)
