Re: Download Scripting Function
I also noticed that it only messes up binary type files such as images, archives, executable, and such. Text files like plain old text files and html pages work fine. EDIT: I take that back. It screws up text files as well. Especially those that have different character encoding. EDIT2: Yeah I guess...

Re: Download Scripting Function
They're exactly the same near the beginning but slightly in after, they're completely different. Everything seems to end up being messed up.

Re: Download Scripting Function
Ah so it really is just me. Darn haha. The size were exactly the same (it's the first thing I tried). However when I look at the finally internally using a hex editor, they are different. I could have used a hash finder instead which would have been quicker. Anyway using a hasher, the hashes are dif...

Re: Download Scripting Function
No AV or anything is getting in the way. I have made sure that they're all disabled when I tested as well. The error I'm getting if I'm using WinRAR is: "Unexpected end of archive" and the file is invalid if using Windows built in zip capability. If based on WinRAR, then it probably is mis...

Re: Download Scripting Function
Yep! Haha. I know it's a bit odd not to use your script for it's intended purpose but I still found it really useful but in a different way hahaha.
And yes, I was able to reproduce it even with a fresh install.

[SOLVED] Download Scripting Function
I have been "using" Marco's SimpleUpdater script for quite some time now. However I never used it for its intended function and mainly used it to read changelog without the need to open a browser. The reason is because the actual update never works so I have been assuming that it's my prob...

Re: List update bug on formatting USB
On a related note, does this "check once" applies to network availability as well? I noticed the same thing happens if I forgot to turn on a computer and decided to browse to that share, it will say that my network share it not available. I would then turn on the computer and no matter how...

Re: Clickable breadcrumbs.
Very true. 6KN is really keyboard friendly. Just hit Ctrl+Alt+A and then start playing with 6KN to go anywhere on your computer.

Re: Clickable breadcrumbs.
6KN is really nice. However I don't feel like it's a "Clickable Breadcrumb" enough (Just found out Q-Dir has it too. Just set the address bar to modern mode). But at the same time, 6KN is great. Aaaargh I don't know.

[SOLVED] Run-Time Error '97' Crash - Type "[" In Address Bar
Hello. This simply happens by typing in an open bracket "[" in the address bar. I would then get a "Run-time Error '97'". Pretty interesting since I just simply decided to type in an open left bracket for fun. Also it seems to happen only with the open left bracket and not the ri...

Re: OT: What's up with Japan?
One of the biggest likely issue is that there are not as many computer users in Japan. They have a lot of computers but the amount that use it on a daily basis is actually not a lot. They pretty much end up using their phones more to do everything that they need just somewhat like how here in the U....

Re: script to clear torrents history
Yeah. There is no way for XYplorer to know whether a torrent is finished or not. You can however: Go to uTorrent Preferences > Directories. You can then change where it "Move .torrents for finished jobs to:" Now you can automatically set up a Windows task to delete those files in it. So......

Re: Clicking the Status Bar
I had the same problem. Could not get it to work or find it. I ended up using: Window > Show Status Bar Buttons You will then see a little blue arrow pointing up on the status bar. That's the button for the status bar. There's even a little button for background jobs next to it too. Although... nowa...
