Re: Click & Search location not honored
I am sure that the location field is empty, my category details are attached. My tree is off and locked. All I did to replicate the issue was to navigate to a location on a tab and then click on the filter. It seems to understand where I am as the search results are limited to the directory I am in ...

Click & Search location not honored
Hi Don, According to the release notes relating to the "click & search" leaving the location field for the category empty should search the current directory only: In the category's Properties dialog there is also a Location field. Leave it empty to always search the current location. ...

Re: Menu > Panes > Sync select ?
With Sync Browsing enabled we are navigating through two similar directory structures. One of the great uses of this is to compare the contents of the folders in both panes which is where Sync Select comes in. What we are suggesting is that when you move into another folder that the Sync Select opti...

Re: Menu > Panes > Sync select ?
I agree, in my testing with it this would be most valuable making it easy to see the differences between folders as you navigate.

Re: Clickable breadcrumbs.
All working great here Don - glad you finally got around to it. It was the one thing I missed from explorer2. The only issue for me is the color of the bars. Other than that great work so far!

Searching contents of docx
Hi Don, I am running the release build of 12.80 and am trying to search the contents of .docx files. As far as I can remember this has always worked fine, however this no longer seems to no longer work and only returns results from .doc files not .docx. The sort of search I am running is where file ...

Re: How to enter credentials into a mapped drive?
All on the same domain. This is very hard to investigate. I'm currently into totally different things. So this will have to wait, sorry. Np. I hope your into breadcrumbs :) I suspect as they are on the same domain that is why you are not prompted because your credentials are passed across to the VM.

Re: How to enter credentials into a mapped drive?
No prompt in sight anywhere. :| Is the VM on a separate domain to the machine running it? If not that is probably why you don't get a prompt. I can replicate the issue using a VM or connecting to a remote machine, for whatever reason you are already authenticated or do not need to be authenticated ...

Yes it can you could script it or use the Custom Copy operation which allows queuing and copies running in the background along with automated decisions regarding collisions. (Take a look at the File Operations section of the Configuration screen).

Hi Don,
Thanks for this type ahead changes, they work really well. I particularly like the Prefer matches at the beginning - that works perfectly for me!
Now all we need is the breadcrumb changes - pretty please
thanks
