Re: Is there a kbd-shortcut to open the hamburger-menu?

Duh - I can't just read "CrumbHamburger", because that setting is used twice, it seems: there is one entry =1 (which seems to enable the Hamburger) and the second one which sets the menu.

Does the Hamburger not have an internal ID? (Would be sooo much simpler...)

Re: Best alt+tab replacement

Again, thanks for sharing. Looks quite useful - I especially like how everything can be kbd-driven ;)

Weird effect during copy

I was just copying a file to a slooow drive and made an interesting observation during the copy: the list of files (which included the file I was copying) in the window for the remote drive was duplicated (in the process of copying that file): 25-10-_2020_14-03-32.png Actually no, it was triplicated...

Separators in the catalog

I was out for 4 wks and did not get the individual updates this month. After updating to the latest, I noticed that the separators in the catalog (Caption = -) are no longer effective. Is that an intentional change - and is there a another way to get'em?

Re: Live Filtering Search Results

Hmmm, yes and no. If I need to remember that syntax to search the path it means that the whole experience won't be quick for me

Re: Live Filtering Search Results

Yup, that works. But I must say...that's quite a hefty input for such a seemingly simple requirement. It is nice that it's possible at all - but a smarter UI would be even nicer ;) For example, why not add "Select search-fields" to the context-menu of the quick search input? And maybe by d...

Re: +++ BREAKING NEWS: XY Switches Programming Language +++

Hey - what an encouraging, great first step! This may appear like "simple" to the uninitiated, but I guess we can't even fathom the amount of passion (and sweat and coffee) that went into this! Keep going, Don! :appl: :appl:

Re: +++ BREAKING NEWS: XY Switches Programming Language +++

Duh, toooooo bad. The hope of getting XY for MacOS and Linux was the only light I saw after all the struggles with mediocre tools -is there no way to motivate you? Pleeeeease, don't give up!

Re: British English -- should I?

"goto" is one of my favourite mistakes in programming-related texts. An often overseen and underestimated side-effect of spending youth-years with BASIC! ;)

Re: British English -- should I?

How about the simple "Open focused folder/goto focused file in new tab"? Or even shorter "Access focused item in new tab".
