Re: Locked Home Zone Tabs: How to ALWAYS receive home paths?
Not at the moment, I'm afraid. That would be a large rewrite. Really? :( I was hoping you would have just needed to implement another value for TabBinding or something like that. Ok, well as I said, TabBinding=1 has taken me most of the way further to where I wanted to be, so I am very thankful for...

Re: Locked Home Zone Tabs: How to ALWAYS receive home paths?
The tweak has been working fine, and at this point, I would be very content if that's all you did on this issue. BUT - I would be even more content and grateful if you could provide one little additional tweak on the tweak (I know, that sounds dreadful). It's this -- for my purposes, I always want t...

Re: Any way to get line spacing in Windows 7 to match XP?
A very late and unnecessary reply but I couldn't resist -- Ctrl-Shift-Wheel is great! I didn't know you could do that! The smaller default line spacing in XYplorer versus the stupidly increased amount in Windows 7 Explorer was the nail in the coffin that had me abandon Explorer for XYplorer in the f...

Re: Max number of Search History
Since you mention it (and I previously was the one who instigated the change in the Recent Locations Menu) I have an issue with these list sizes just about everywhere in XYplorer. Especially, in the Regexp Rename list of patterns where I am always losing the ability to reuse some previously carefull...

Re: Renaming files
I've had this this problem for a very long time now. I'm running Win 7 Pro SP1 64-bit. I just figured it was something more to do with Windows 7 than XYplorer and have just been tolerating it. But if it is something Don can look into and remedy, I'm all for it.

Full Screen Preview: Not staying up or screen just flashes
I don't know when this problem started, because I only began using the Full Screen Preview upon seeing the newly added keyboard navigation. I have 10.40.0100 and am finding that intermittently, when I full-screen preview an image using F11 or the toolbar button, the image comes up but only stays for...

Re: type ahead
I too have been having frequent problems with the type ahead. Sometimes it's just not working at all. It's become so unreliable for me that I'm starting to rarely use it and instead fall back to the ">" alternative in the path bar, but that's more cumbersome. I don't have these problems wi...

Re: Catalog as optional floating, stay-in-front, non-modal p
based on similar thinking, I wished another solution: Catalog: Optional dynamic hight adjustment Hi Borut, I read that post, but your proposal doesn't quite work for me, because one of the core problems, as I mentioned, is the height of the Catalog being constrained by the height of the XYplorer wi...

Catalog as optional floating, stay-in-front, non-modal popup
After using XYplorer for well over a year now, I've started to give the Catalog another try. I continue to use a third-party utility, Direct Folders Pro, for accessing favorite folders because this gives me a menu popup I can use elsewhere in Windows with any application. But the Catalog, of course,...

More Recent Items in Menu OR Remember Hist/Rec Loc Win Size
The Recent Items menu is useless to me because it maxes out at only 10 items, and I work with many tabs and folders at a time and rarely find on the menu something I "recently" just used. I always use tab-specific history but need the Recent Items/Locations list to find things globally, wh...

Custom Move Name Collision Dialog: Always has to be resized
This is not a terribly burning issue, but a nuisance nonetheless. Whenever I do a custom move that results in a name collision, I always have to resize the dialog in order to see the dropdown list and buttons. Below is a snapshot of one example. I am running Classic mode on Win 7 Pro at 1920x1200 re...

Re: Locked Home Zone Tabs: How to ALWAYS receive home paths?
There is a tweak that might help (I have no time to test it): + Tweak for better reuse of existing tabs. Set to 1 to autoselect the first tab with a matching locked homezone when the current tab is locked. Tabs are scanned from left to right, first in pane 1, then in pane 2. TabBinding=1 Note that ...
