For Arabic, what matters is the file search with ignoring accent marks. I don't think anyone would need to use rename option.

another suggestion:
the suppress deletion option is good if you just want to send files to recycle bin but if delete is permanent XY should confirm it.
XYplorer should follow Windows standards
