Re: Boolean RegEx

I see your point, but the timing is bad. :) And it's partly your own fault. :P After spending most of the year on power user features like scripting and techno stuff like unicode support, I decided to waste the rest of the year on popular stuff for the common man ! This will include Dual Pane, tabw...

Re: Recognize periods as word breaks

No point starting another thread since this is directly related to using symbols as word breaks. Wish: Allow wildcard characters for Search & Replace, including within individual segments. Justification: Batch Rename templates and RegExp already accept wildcard characters, but support for Searc...

Re: Capitalization does more than it should

OK, I have unearthed a "hiccup" with the new renaming procedure + Rename Special: Added command "A* A*.*". I personally remember suggesting that the renaming procedure shouldn't look at any symbols after the first one in each segment but that appears to be premature. The problem...

Re: howto remove an AddressBar Item

I would prefer a simple DEL for this because it's standard in most browsers. My conditions might be many, but I think they are quite natural. I'd agree. However, I'm not so sure on the completely selected one, as I have a feeling that could be confusing. Probably worth trying it before deciding tho...

Re: howto remove an AddressBar Item

Hmmm too many rules. how about delete with some accelarator? I second that. Why not just use Ctrl-Del? The only downside i see is, that it's not windows standard (i think...) and may not be that obvious that deletion from the list is possible. Therefore it needs to be extra-highlighted in the docs....

Re: howto remove an AddressBar Item

I assume you have Configuration | Advanced | "Preserve permissions on move operation" ON? Try to turn it OFF and see if the above still works (I assume not).

Yeah, I didn't want anyone to use that command, so I kept it for my eyes only
I thought you wanted to test me and check whether I look into the wiki from time to time.
