Is there any way to show and filter by folders with the Type Stats and Filters button? I know you can do this through Visual Filters, but it would be useful to quickly see how many folders are in a particular directory.

Wow, I never tried "Fast" until now because "High-Speed" was available---it generates a folder with thousands of images in mere seconds, while "High-Speed" takes a lot longer. The thumbnail quality is better than "High-Speed" as well.

Do the thumbnails remain the same file size regardless of what quality is chosen? I just tested the different options and it didn't seem to make a difference as to how much space they took up.

Yes, I wish there was a way to group tags and have that reflected in the drop-down menus of the tag buttons. Is anyone getting delays when accessing folders from the catalog? It seems to happen when the program is left to idle; it begins to exhibit behavior as if it has to spin a disk up before accessing the folder.

Oh, I see; it's because it's running a global search. I was confusing that functionality with Visual Filters. Is there a way to add a category that allows me to quickly toggle Visual Filters in the Catalog?

Why does checking and unchecking a click and search item take you to the root directory of your PC instead of returning you to the folder view you were previously in?

What about removing the folder thumbnail background entirely? Impossible?

I haven't been keeping up with this. So is CFI the new method for setting custom thumbnail images? Is there any way to set a non-.ICO file through CFI?

Yes, I do know about that, but the developer said that he was going to add a feature where XYplorer would read the information off of a folder's desktop.ini file for the custom thumbnail.
