Thanks for the update!
I'm getting a crash when I do a reset:
Line 35 if (get('View') != 0) {
'.' is not a valid script command (is what the debugger shows).

Re: Power Filter [v1.0 alpha1]
A couple possible bugs (user error?) If I'm in dual pane, the active pane will always get reset to List View, no matter if $ListView = 0 or 1. However if I'm in single pane, it will rest as expected (to Details View). Also, I'm not sure if the > 10 MB and > 100 MB are working.... Some of the items *...

Re: xyplore icon does not work in taskbar
Maybe try right-clicking on the icon, then go to "Properties." Look for the target location, (such as c:\Program Files\xyplorer\xyplorer.exe) Do the same with the icon that works, and compare them... Is one pointing to the wrong place? This might happen if you were using xy in "portab...

Can't locked Find Tabs be treated as reusable "filters?"
Since you can Find by date...
EDIT: It looks like Flux might have already scripted this! Will have to check it out!

Re: Clickable breadcrumbs.
I like the "history" mockups ;) Another style of breadcrumb is what the Open dialog in GIMP uses http://gimp.open-source-solution.org/manual/images/using/file-open-dialog.png I think I prefer the style the just looks like a folder path though... Re "XY-Genes" It just now occurred...

Yes, that works! Thanks!admin wrote:But there is also TAB serial rename (and Shift+TAB to go backwards): This will select the base and exclude the extension (if you opted for the latter in config).

Re: Clickable breadcrumbs.
Why? Because it's an industry standard. Everyone expects to be able to click the path and go there. This can probably be traced back to our caveman ancestors and their penchant for hunting and gathering... If something looks like a berry, we expect it to be a berry. If something looks like a link t...

Re: Up-Down serial rename exclude extension
I've been using it to rename icons.... http://i.imgur.com/mWLWZ.png When in "Thumbs with Details" view mode, I can see the icon in order to rename it. (to my knowledge, XY is the only tool that lets you do this) The problem is that once you finish typing, the cursor position have moved to ...

Re: Clickable breadcrumbs.
Yes please! Total Commander also has a clickable header for each pane. IMHO this is XYplorer's most frustrating weak-point.... TC and Win Explorer also offer a drop-down list of subfolders for each folder in the path. Neither system is perfect though. On Windows, they>have>arrows>like>this, which ta...

Up-Down serial rename exclude extension
It would be nice, when using Serial Rename via up and down arrows, if XY would exclude the extension. I.e. if you press down and the cursor lands inside the extension, it should automatically move to the left of the extension. What would be even more clever... If I use Backspace or Delete to remove ...

Re: Inline Folder & File Tree View
Cool! I didn't realize you could select a group of sub-folders and have them-only shown... I see that you can drag-n-drop between subfolders, and also it seems to work in Thumbnail View! Good stuff!kodyman wrote:...In XYplorer it is called Multi Branch View
