Re: PNG bug
Now I got the bug working in the new installation as well. You just need to do this: 1) in settings, set off "automatically show non-previewable file types using shell" 2) in ini, set tweak PreviewMaxArea to 1 3) preview some png Small bug, but can be misleading if someone decides to rely ...

Re: PNG bug
It seems to work with just any png I pick and on any windows version. It just has to be large enough to not display any preview. Set the tweak "PreviewMaxArea" in ini to 1 and try to preview any png. You should see the bug.

Re: Allow favorites to be added as toolbar buttons?
You can easily create something like this using CTBs. You can place many various locations/programs in one CTB (at least 100 - 50 on each side) and add whatever icon you want to each item. It's more work, but you need to do this only once.

Re: Full support for context menu items on x64 systems
That won't work, as many context menu items are processed via DLLs, not EXEs. While that's true, that some applications use DLLs as context menu handlers (and not only on 64 bits), you can often call application directly with parameter(s). Two such examples I know of are PSPad and 010 Editor. There...

Re: Full support for context menu items on x64 systems
You can convert context menu items to PFA (Portable File Associations). I don't use context menu at all, since I did so and it gives you much more control. I don't have 64-bit system, but it should work (and it may stay working even after reinstalling the system or switching to another installed sys...

Catalog and delete
When I select category or item in catalog and press shift+del, it says "nothing to delete". When I right click it, and select it from menu, it works correctly.

Re: xyplorer and foobar2000
I suggest you create Portable FileOpen entry with this content: mp3;wav;ogg>"C:\Program Files (x86)\foobar2000\foobar2000.exe" /playnow This will replace default handler XY is using. And reason for that behavior is this. If there is in registry handler with this value: "C:\Program Fil...

Re: Portable OpenWith - some suggestions
I have also noticed another thing (maybe bug?). Portable OpenWith doesn't work when clicling on folder in tree - it shows menu for last selected file in right window or no menu at all. I think it should show menu with all items, that have "\" (folder) in their specification.

Re: Portable OpenWith - some suggestions
Hi and thanks for the reply, Those two applications are not old, both were updated in 2009 and are pretty widely used. CFF Explorer is a known PE editor (maybe even the best): http://www.ntcore.com/exsuite.php Protection ID is detector of exe files and packers/protectors: http://pid.gamecopyworld.co...

Portable OpenWith - some suggestions
Hi, Portable OpenWith is a nice feature, but it fails with some programs - for example with CFF Explorer and ProtectionID. Why? There are at least 4 possible versions of OpenWith in registry: "E:\Apps\RCE\PE Rebuilding\PE Editors\CFF Explorer\CFF Explorer.exe" "%1" "E:\Apps\...
