Re: Portable file icons

no. it's registry-dependant. and even thought something may be done, that will be too heavy for swift browsing.

Re: Screenshots

i'd recommend FastStone Capture. it has everything you mentioned, comfortable interface, works fluently. though it's not free i never found better solution and use it for ages already.

Re: Preview with option highlighted

IMO too many efforts for little purpose. it's not a bid deal to use specific software for what it was designed.

Re: Show off your Xyplorer!

i started to often use AB as a "get fast and run"-thing 'cause it's saves lots of time. and yes, Tree Path is always on, as it's uber useful. :)

Re: Preview window

basically preview is based upon codecs/programs you have. for example for pdf some pdf-viewer should add its extension to the system.

Re: Fix for 64bit Explorer Context Menu in XYplorer

for the moment i didn't really had problems with context entries, as i seldom use them. maybe it's only for now.
yet, i support words about bad portability which makes it unusable for me.

Re: Multiple startup path

i can't say for sure as i don't integrate XY into system, but try this: F9 > F3> type "open c" =there will be one command, choose it and OK, then check it.
if it doesn't help, maybe some scripting will help, but that is not my strong point. i'm sure someone here will be able.
