How about only displaying files as thumbnails if they have thumbnails?

Re: w00t!

Folders are thumbified -> ??? huh ??? Folders are displayed like thumbnails - ie. with huge, completely unnecessary spacing. State (whether thumbnail view is on or off) is not remembered between sessions -> on purpose: because it's a heavy duty mode (at least if caching is off) i want you to switch...

w00t!

Yaaaay! Thankyou! :D

Problems, from worst to least (of which I'm sure you're aware, but for the record):
  1. Some thumbnails display "too large"
  2. Double-clicking on an image file no longer works
  3. Folders are thumbified
  4. State (whether thumbnail view is on or off) is not remembered between sessions

Simple Address Bar

A basic address bar (a la Explorer) would be really handy for quickly getting to a directory by pasting a file address. It should be optional since it takes up screen space. I say basic, but of course a feature like this has heaps of potential if Donald wanted to go further (eg. keywords linked to f...

Show years in Date Format->Age

Age should show years as well as days, hours and minutes. Who wants to know that something is 1413 days old? I'd rather be told "4 years". If I want a more precise date, I'll use a more precise date format.

Bug

v3.50.0079 - 26.06.04 12:00 * Favorites handling rewritten for internal reasons. In consequence your topmost favorite will be missing from the list. Just re-add it manually (CTRL+B). Looks like you'll have to add this note to the readme or download page for the next official version, as people may ...

Renaming behaviour different in right pane

This is probably part of the same bug:

After renaming a folder in the left pane, the renamed folder stays selected (as you would expect). However, after doing the same in the right pane, the selection jumps to the next folder down (and the renamed folder jumps off somewhere).

Renaming in folder pane

When renaming a folder in the left pane, the cursor jumps to the right (like with files, although this behaviour makes less sense for folders). Then, when you press home, the cursor skips to the left, off the screen if the folder has a long name. This makes renaming of folders with long names in the...
