Quick Access is only relevant to Windows Explorer. XYplorer inherits some WE functionality in the context menu, that doesn't apply to it.

Can't confirm with VeraCrypt 1.24-update7 and XYplorer 21.20.0200 on Windows 10 20H2.

Does running a fresh instance of XYplorer make a difference?

If not, does assigning a different drive letter make a difference?

Does disabling High Quality Image Resampling (when in floating preview Ctrl+right click) make a difference for you?

A quick look at save settings in the configuration file shows this promising-looking setting: Does tweaking it to 1 make any difference?

Tools > Configuration > Startup & Exit > Save Settings > Save changes to disk immediately?

Does XYplorer show crash information on-screen? If so, can you post a screenshot?

Does Windows' "View reliability history" (can be searched for in Start Menu) show details of the crashes?
