Code: Select all

moveto "New folder", , , 2, 2;
Crazy, right?
Many thanks, @highend.
I also explored another way to "move" files creating a folder in the current folder:
I joined the commands "Cut;#200" and "PastetoSubfolder;#211":

Code: Select all

#200;#211

It extracts to the current folder if there is only one item in the root of the archive, or else in a new folder like you desire.
This is handy! Useful script!
Thanks for sharing @Leito.

Script: "moveto" creating a folder in current folder automatically. Possible?

Hi, I'd appreciate your help. Through script "moveto" (or other one), is it possible (1) creating a folder in current folder, (2) then move selected content to there? I'm looking for a 1-click/run command to be executed in the situation: 1- Select files/folders 2- Run command I'm looking for 3- Have...

Re: Zip: Possible extract into a folder with same zip file name?

Right click it, Zip - Extract to <name of zip file>\ Configuration | General | Menus, Mouse, Safety | Context Menus | File List... [x] Zip Thank you for your reply. I could make ZIP to work when I set XYplorer inbuilt menu. However, I use most of the time the 64-bit context menu, in which there is ...

Zip: Possible extract into a folder with same zip file name?

Hi, I'd appreciate your help. I'm using the command File | File Special | Extract Here (#280) , which makes some messy if the zip has plenty of files in the root. Is there any workaround to extract zip into a folder with the same zip file name? For instance: 1) c:\zipfilename.zip After extract, a fo...

Re: Is there a "path" argument to append selected folder/file "path" to script with "run" command?

<curpath> is what you need, FYI the best place to look for the available variables is in the help file under Advanced Topics \ Variables , you'll find the help file really can be helpful if used. PS: You'll probably need to double up your double quotes for the run command, that is explained in the ...

Is there a "path" argument to append selected folder/file "path" to script with "run" command?

Hi, I'd appreciate your help. I'm trying to implement a script, which should add selected folder/file "path" to the "run" command. This is the script, in which I tried both [path] and <path> commands without success: Run "C:\app\filemenu tools\cmdfmt64.exe" FolderSize "[path]" Let's say the selected...

It can be shown in the titlebar.

Configuration | Colors and Styles | Templates | Titlebar, for example:

Code: Select all

<path> - <app> <ver> [<xytagdat>]
Show the Tag Database in titlebar is perfect!
Thank you very much for directions.

Show "Tag Database" name in status bar, or other place you can immediately see the database in use.

Hi, With the new implementation of Multi-User-Tagging (www.xyplorer.com/release_19.80.php), I see myself changing "Tag Databases" more often, and it would be handy if the "Tag Database" name could be seen always. This way the user could always see the current database in use, changing more easily to...

Re: Help: Tree doesn't get colors, even "configuration>color filters>apply color filters to the tree" is checked

Thanks for the reply.
I missed that tooltip.
Could you consider "apply color filters from LABELS and TAGS to the tree" as a feature suggestion?

Help: Tree doesn't get colors, even "configuration>color filters>apply color filters to the tree" is checked

However, the tree doesn't get colors, even "configuration>color filters>apply color filters to the tree" is checked (see snapshot please). How to apply color filter to the tre...

A further point:
Is it possible to transpose this syntax to work in Breadcrumb menu?
