Re: How to filter all folders and their subfolders in flat v
Ok, but without "Always Excluded Folders" we can use visual filter to hide out some folders like ".svn" and all their content?
I just can't figure or find this magical VF pattern, nothing works.

Re: tags vanishing and reappearing
I thought so. I think I will remove the button. It's too tempting... But how we will be able to clean orphaned tags and comments? In your particular case: Could it be that the path of the 97 files had been renamed (in another app)? In that case all tagged items under that path would be removed from...

Re: tags vanishing and reappearing
Immediately after losing tags for only one file and Database Cleaning up for this file (that was logical, because this file is renamed outside) XYplorer lost 97 more. It one problem, very strange and dangerous. As for topic problem (tags vanishing and reappearing) - it's another problem. I have this...

Re: tags vanishing and reappearing
It was in this sequence: I set tags to the one file. Then this file was renamed outside XYplorer and tags was lost. I run command Database Clean Up and tags for one orphaned file was cleaned. Exactly after that I find out that some part of my tags in the List was dissapear. I restart XYplorer, but i...

Re: tags vanishing and reappearing
I also met the disappearing and emerging tag and comments. But today I have the really lost tags, labels and comments for 97 files. It's a very hurtfully, because there were many tags, and comments for some files were very detailed. In such unstable conditions, the use of tags and comments are not v...

Re: Can I use a command id in a script for a Visual filter ?
Thanks, good workaround for folders, but not for any other type of custom filtering.
Maybe scripting need something like get("VisualFilter")?
If it applied, then get this pattern, else return false (or something).

Re: Can I use a command id in a script for a Visual filter ?
I trying to make catalog item for on/off visual filter. For example, I make new item in catalog with caption "Hide/Show Folders" and with location "|!\|". But this code works only for the inclusion of a filter and does not disable the filter when pressed repeatedly. How I can mak...
