Been using PicPick since years with a lifetime license.
Its a very good tool screan capture and screen recorder.and a lot of other features.. incl. a colour picker....

yep, got that... but as I know know the issue occurred just with one folder ... It was a material design icon folder with thousand of files and a few hundert sub folders.. Not heavy but probably just a bit too much for xy--- I had some crashes before but can't remember why and when ,... sorry.

I will find some stuff.. lots of resources here.. sometimes I am just a bit confused until i get a script together ... afterwards it always looks quite logic to me...

Nop, that is not the issue.
As you said, I suspended the preview for ZiP files, then save preferences and restart.

But let me check a few things.. Xy seems not to crash "touching" every packed folder... hmmm...

Hi That is kinda strange but it happened several of times since quite a few weeks.... Mouse over the cursor over a zipped folder let freeze XY and there is no way out. Restart requested... I can recommend FastStone Screen Capture: https://www.faststone.org/FSCaptureDetail.htm yep, faststone is in every way a great piece of software... I thought XY would eventually make the use of faststone needless but no, I can't drop it. It's just another experience and very convenient in every sin...

... and the Vivaldi Browser Screen Capture is quite unique too... The speciality there is, that a whole page from top to bottom can be captured... As well with the Vivaldi Android App... Not sure, but I might never have seen that before.. However, it's a great tool ....
